- Property details, such as the address of a home you want to sell, its condition, price and timeline.
- Messages and calls: the texts and emails we exchange, and notes from our calls. If a call is recorded, you hear "This call is being recorded" before it starts.
- Inquiries from real estate websites, such as realtor.com, when you ask about a property.
- Basic website data, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the campaign link you came from, collected by our website host and saved with your request so we know how you found us.
How we use your information
- To respond to you and talk with you about selling your home.
- To schedule calls and property walkthroughs, follow up, and share offers.

- To keep accurate records and meet our legal obligations.
Text messaging and your mobile information
We do not share, sell or rent your mobile phone number or text messaging consent to anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.

- Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP.
- Calls: tell us you don't want to be called and we will add your number to our do-not-call list.
- Access or deletion: call us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, unless we must keep it by law.
How we protect and keep information
We use reputable providers with encrypted connections and access limited to our team. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
