These terms cover text messages (SMS) from MendelBuyHomes ("we", "us"), Palm Beach County, Florida.
What we text you about
We text homeowners who asked to be contacted about their property: to schedule calls and property walkthroughs, follow up on your questions, and share offers. Each message is written and sent individually by our team. We do not send bulk marketing texts.
How you agree to receive texts
You agree to receive texts from us by checking the text-message box on our website form, by telling us so on a phone call with our team or one of our lead partners, or by texting our number first. We record when you agreed. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying or selling anything.
Message frequency varies, usually a few messages during an active conversation about your property.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
How to stop
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts from us. To start again, reply START.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are supported on major US carriers.
Privacy

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
